2. Are your electric bikes street legal?
Yes! All of our e-bikes comply with standard U.S. e-bike regulations (Class 1, 2, and 3 models).
Before purchasing, please check your local regulations for speed limits or throttle restrictions.
3. What’s the range of your e-bikes?
Range varies by model, terrain, and assist level.
Most of our bikes can travel 25–75 miles per charge, depending on battery capacity and riding conditions.
4. How fast can your e-bikes go?
Our e-bikes typically reach top speeds between 20 and 28 mph, depending on class and motor type.
5. Do you offer test rides?
At this time, Ride eBike HQ operates as an online dealership, which means we don’t offer physical test rides.
However, we provide detailed specs, reviews, and expert support to help you choose the perfect e-bike.
Shipping & Delivery
6. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
All orders are shipped directly from our U.S. supplier warehouses for fast, reliable delivery.
7. How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days once shipped.
We’ll send you tracking information as soon as your bike leaves the warehouse.
8. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all electric bikes within the continental United States.
9. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only serve U.S. customers, but we plan to expand internationally in the future.
Orders & Payments
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Financing options are being added soon to make purchasing your e-bike even easier.
11. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Once your order ships, it cannot be changed — but you can initiate a return following our return policy below.

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery.
Returned products must be in original packaging and include all components.

14. Do your bikes come with a warranty?
Yes! Every e-bike includes a manufacturer warranty, typically covering 1–2 years on the motor, battery, and frame.
