Ride eBike HQ – Refund & Return Policy
At Ride eBike HQ, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase.
We partner directly with our manufacturers (including ENVO Drive Systems) to ensure all products meet the highest quality and performance standards.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unassembled products in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at samuelsotopsuccess@gmail.com
with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or experiences a manufacturer defect, contact us immediately with photos or a video showing the issue. We will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to repair, replace, or refund your order under warranty coverage.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at no charge before shipping.
Once an order has shipped, it must be processed as a return.
Exchanges
Ride eBike HQ does not offer direct product exchanges at this time. Customers may return an eligible item for a refund within the 30-day return period and place a new order if they wish to purchase a different model or product. Items that have been ridden, damaged, customized, or altered are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied.Â
